Five Great Reasons to Stay Focused on the Key Power Principles of Focus

1. Focus on creating your reality. It is mercedes car insurance your hands, no one else's. Recognise and accept that you are the power in your life. Take the power.

If not you, then who? There is no one with your interest more at heart than you yourself. So if not you, then who? This really is a reality check and you get the chance to create the reality you wish for yourself. No matter the journey - it's worth setting out a really clear route map and journey towards that destination each and every day.

You have the power to take charge of your life in the moment that you accept this as true for yourself. This requires, to some extent that you step outside of your comfort zone. It requires that you do things that you have never done before and that are perhaps a little afraid to do. The thing is once you take that step, there really is no going back and the more you step outside of your comfort zone the easier it gets. Because what you are doing is giving yourself the clear distinctions and realizations that new things are now possible for you.

2. Make a commitment to achieve that, which you have committed to, determine, for yourself, that no other possibility is acceptable. Take ongoing, decisive and intelligent action. Each step forward ensures you are moving one step closer to your greatness.

What does stepping into your greatness mean for you? What would you be doing differently? What would you be doing more of or less of? How would your thinking change? Who would you be associating with? What types of books would you be reading? What workshops would you be attending? How would your life be planned out differently?

3. Have a clear sense of direction. When you come to a fork in the road, you need to make a deliberate decision about where you want to go, otherwise it does not actually matter which fork you take, because any fork will take you there.

So here's the challenge - spend the next seven days (maximum) mapping out the route plan of your life for the next year. Make it as detailed as you can. What will you do and when? Who will you meet and when? What will you learn and how? What are your success criteria? How will you celebrate your achievements?

4. Focus on your reasons for achieving, as there will be reasons not to.

Make a long list of reasons for why it is important for you to achieve what you want to achieve. The reasons will likely be many and varied and might include the following:

I want to make a contribution to my family, community, world
I want to be wealthy enough to do what I want to do and so for right now I am going to do whatever it takes to make that happen
I will get a sense of fulfillment
It will make my parents proud
It will make my children proud

5. Growth brings fear. Fear brings the opportunity to go forward or backwards. Your decision in this moment brings things expected or thoughts of "if only". Decide to focus on and achieve things EXPECTED.

If and when fear Archie Comics calling, what will you say to it? How will you manage it? If you were to embrace it and see it as a part of the process what would this mean to you?
